If you like Pina Colada, this is the flavour for you. A flavourful blend of Pineapple and Coconut that is sure to add life to a party. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquefied coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
